Kelly Osbourne’s fashion sense is punk New York eighties, with a big of grunge thrown in. From black hair to white hair, she never sticks with one look for long, and is commonly thought of as a bratty English girl who takes after her brat dad, Ozzy Osbourne. But after several months competing on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” – and now in the final 3 with Mya and Donny Osmond, Kelly has transformed both her body and her look. She’s become graceful, her makeup is more feminine, and she seems much more womanly. She’s even behaving herself and smiling – God forbid – a lot. No, chances are, she probably won’t win the competition – she’s rated number 3 out of 3 dancers. But in the eyes of America – or at least, “Dancing’s” 14 million viewers – she’s a new Osbourne now. Perhaps she’ll get a Revlon or L’Oreal campaign!!!
