Assouline Publishers is one of the finest publishers of art and fashion books. And now they are releasing “American Fashion Menswear,” a CFDA book by Assouline, with Brooks Brothers. And Brooks Brothers Beverly Hills will through a party at their Rodeo Drive store on December 2 hosted by designer Thom Browne, one of the whimsiest and wittiest designers of menswear – his own line and for Brooks Brothers – and Martine and Prosper Assouline, and Robert E. Bryan. The CFDA is behind the party, so maybe even Diane von Furstenberg and Barry Diller will show up if they’re in town. They’ve actually hosted CFDA dinners at their Hollywood Hills home.
