Parker Pettit is a charming store on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, one of the best streets in L.A. – the clothes are femmy and summery, sporty and not expensive. On Friday, August 7th, they’ll have an event for Hayley Starr, an L.A. designer who is known for convertible clothing – dresses, tops, and skirts that are done in soft fabrics, and can be worn in a multitude of ways. She has one dress called “The Infinite Dress,” which can we worn about a hundred ways, and is particularly great for travel, vacation, and for women who are pregnant, who want to be able to wear their pregnancy clothes when they are back to their normal size. And even celebs like Kate Bosworth, Lake Bell, Rose McGowan, Naomi Watts and Jessica Simpson have worn goddess dresses by Hayley Star.
