J Brand is one of the most successful and stylish brand of jeans around these days, and now they’re introducing a new line with very unique denim detailing, called J. Brand Boutique. (That’s its name – it has nothing to do with a line of stores, just to be clear.) It will offer jackets and knit shirts – a first for J Brand – and specific details and 7 new vintage-inspired denim washes, pocket linings, and labels with stitching culled from hand embroidery, for its very discerning customers.
The washes are named after the cities that have inspired them: Sydney, Berlin, Seville, Lima, Liverpool and Kyoto (no L.A. yet). The denim and moleskin jackets will start at $300.00, and the cotton knit shirts will start at $154. These new pieces will launch this July at Barneys New York – then it will roll out to some of the world’s great boutiques in August: Dover Street Market in London, Le Bon Marche’ in Paris, Biffi in Milan – and Ron Herman in Los Angeles. These are great prices for very cool items that can be worn with your weekend wear – or your designer wear.
J Brand Boutique will launch this July at Barneys New York, with worldwide rollout in August at specialty stores including Dover Street Market in London, Le Bon Marché in Paris, Biffi in Milan, and Ron Herman in Los Angeles. J Brand co-owners and co-founders Jeff Rudes and Susie Crippen are busy finishing the fall looks right now. We can’t wait to see what the new styles will look like.
