One of our favorite Angelenos, K. Cooper Ray – Cooper, as he’s known – has this glorious etiquette website called Socialprimer.com. Check it out. He blogs about manners, the social life, and etiquette – and not in any kind of old-fashioned, pre-Obama, social rules kind of way. Cooper is a tasteful old school sort who enjoys the elegant life, and wishes to inject, as he writes on the blog, “civility into an uncivilized world.”
This Saturday, Cooper will open the first Social Primer pop up show, within Lily Lodge at 644 N. Robertson. There will be a party for it later on, but pop in and enjoy his picks of gifts aimed primarily at men: note cards, soaps, vintage silver, cocktail napkins, playing cards.
